My Review:
From the moment we first met Sullivan, I knew I wanted to know more about him. There was so much drama going on in the Baker family and I was certain we hadn’t learned all of it yet. Shelby has her own drama, but it’s a bit more personal, almost internal, after a crisis of faith over her job brought her to Laurel Springs for a change of pace. I loved seeing this pair stop circling one another and lower their guards. Their chemistry scorched from the page and I couldn’t stop reading. This author’s work always leaves me speechless when I come to the end of a book. The only thing I really know for certain is that I’m dying to get my hands on the next one.
