My Review:

This was my first experience with this author, but it certainly won’t be my last. She’s created characters that I pretty much fell instantly in love with. Riddick is alpha and commanding, but just so darned sweet. (I’d like to place my order for one of my own, please.) And Brandi is so fierce and feisty. She’s hiding a lot of pain behind all that fire and sass, which just made my heart hurt. This pair have loved each other for so long, but they feared taking it any further than friendship. I loved watching these two as they discovered what they could truly have together. Also, the most vindictive parts of me adored seeing the villain get his just desserts.
