It was a bet made in jest.
And one I never should have made.
Dating someone on one of the singles’ retreats I work for is always a bad idea.
But this girl has my attention. More like her curves do.
After I get to know her a little, I know I’m in trouble.
This poor thing wasted her money coming to find love among the other participants.
She’s mine. Until she finds out it all started with a dirty bet.
Then I have to slap on the charm because this one isn’t going away empty-handed.
She’s about to get her money’s worth and then some.
Me.

My Review:
Like most everything I’ve read from this author, this little story is as cute and sweet as it is spicy. As soon as Levi got suckered into the bet, my vindictive little heart chortled with glee and got malicious pleasure out of the thought "you're about to be in so much trouble, mister". He got so much more than he bargained for out of his date with Tandy. She’s like a butterfly first coming out of its cocoon, learning to spread her wings. And just like most of this author’s work, that was the most adorable ending I’ve read since the last one of her books. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
