Relativity Book 3

*Award-Winning Series!

Sarah Hastings' life is chaotic. Between running her organic farm, her yurt-style holistic B&B, and her vegan café Eat Me!, she barely has time for an aura cleanse. What's more, her spirit guide just announced the universe is sending her a man.

Suddenly, a sexy pro-football player, a hipster photojournalist, and fellow organic farmer practically fall from the sky onto her doorstep. But which one is her cosmic soulmate?

While Sarah meditates on the answer, her parents show up unexpectedly throwing the mother of all monkey wrenches into her carefully laid plans.

With only morning yoga and her erotic book club to keep her sane, no wonder she's chucked her vegan diet in search of bacon. Will the stars of love align, or will the universe let her down in the biggest way possible?

Relatively Happy is a laugh-out-loud, cry-your-heart-out tale that will have you believing in the beauty of life's journey.

My Review:

If you’re the least bit tenderhearted, this is not a book to read out in public. I found there were a lot of times I had to take a break to blink the tears from my eyes. There are a lot of big emotional moments that tug hard on the heartstrings. If the number of times I yelled at Sarah and the book are an indication of how into the story I was, I was invested almost from the moment I cracked open the book. Sarah is a mighty judgmental little thing. She’s a bit bitter and not at all tolerant of anyone’s lifestyle that doesn’t perfectly match her vision of Utopia. This is my least favorite personality type to encounter. That left me large parts of the book that I didn’t like her at all. I might have actively hated her a time or two as well. Her bachelor (I’m not going to name him even though it’s pretty obvious from the start who it’s going to be) is the sweetest thing ever and I’m kind of baffled that he stuck with Sarah long enough for her to get past the worst of her disparaging attitudes and relax into the Universe’s plan.I loved the outlandish family and friends. They’re filled with wisdom – that Sarah seems to resist with all her being. They also have some of the best lines in the book. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Hidden Gems Books.
