Black Light Book 9

One taste of her was never going to be enough. I knew it the moment I laid eyes on her. And I knew it from the moment she kneeled for me.

Roisin was everything I always wanted, but she was also nothing I ever expected. Her words captured me, her poise intoxicated me, and now, I find myself obsessed.

My need for her runs rife through my veins, and I can’t stop it, not matter how hard I try.

I want her.

I will claim her.

She will be mine.

My Review:

Individually, both Kian and Roisin are so very broken. There’s something tragically beautiful about their shared pain. Both have learned just how deep a wound shattered trust can leave, and yet they’re willing to experiment with trusting again, with each other. The words of this story are so profoundly evocative, painting vivid images of what Kian and Roisin experience as the reach for happiness together. And do we perhaps see the groundwork of future Black Light story being laid out here? I hope so. These are characters I want to come back to again in the future. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher.
