The Capsule Killer Book 4

After an embarrassing meeting with Sheriff Creekmore and his friends at Blueberry Hills, Suede escaped the party with more questions than answers. Will Ted help her find the truth, or did her mother have secrets that even he didn’t know about?

With Special Agent Nate Hawthorn narrowing down the suspects, tensions are high, especially when the mystery shooter returns for Suede in a deadly encounter.

As the focus of the case shifts, and new discoveries are made, Suede is forced to sit on the sidelines. Will she be just another casualty of the Capsule Killer, or will justice come in the nick of time?

My Review:

I think I’m more confused than ever about what’s going on with this series. This book looks like it’s just blown half of my pet theories out of the water, but I know perfectly well that the authors are notorious for sudden and unexpected revelations in their plots. I’m not hanging any of my theories up just yet. In fact, after the sudden and unexpected revelations of this book, I’m adding a bunch of new ones into the mix. I almost hate to admit it, but Suede is really starting to irritate me. She keeps acting like a sullen tween with a death wish and that doesn’t quite work for me in a leading character. In any case, I’m dying to know what happens next. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.

Other books in the series:

Tracking the Treasures (The Capsule Killer Book 1)

Unearth the Evidence (The Capsule Killer Book 2)

Harboring The Truth (The Capsule Killer Book 3)
