Heaven Hill Shorts Book 6

It is recommended that you read “Heaven Hill Generations” before starting this series, or you will be spoiled and lost!

Charity Walker

When my daughter, Justice, was kidnapped. It took a lot from me, too.

My sense of safety. My confidence as a mom. My belief that most people are good.

The same thing wouldn’t happen twice to the same family…right? The chance it will is what scares me the most.

My Review:

These Heaven Hill Shorts may not be long in page count, but they pack one heck of an emotional punch. These little vignettes from Heaven Hill life won’t make a lot of sense unless you’ve read Fury first. This is the aftermath of those events. Now we watch as a community, a family, battles to put itself back together in a time where everything that was once familiar is now foreign. When you learn that safety is an illusion, what do you do? How do you find your peace of mind? How do you reclaim your sanity? Charity’s story shows us the Walker clan struggling for the answers to these and so many more questions. When it only takes this many pages to bring me to tears, I think I’m as terrified to find out what comes next as I am desperate to read it.

I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
