My Review:
This pair tore my poor heart into shreds. Miranda and Carlos have both been badly scarred by previous relationships. Now, they’re both so determined to protect themselves that they remind me of porcupines shaking their quills at each other. When their relationship is going smoothly, they’re utterly adorable together. But when they hit their rough patches, my heart bled for them. This was a true emotional roller-coaster ride; filled with soaring highs, stomach-clenching lows, and lots of unexpected turns and detours. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Hidden Gems Books.
